The CBT paper is divided into 2 parts CBT Paper 1 and CBT Paper 2. Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be conducted on the same day and at the same center. Paper 1 exam consists of a total of 4 subjects General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Discipline/Trade Knowledge.
Paper 1 exam consists of 120 questions, each question carries one mark and 1/3 negative marking is applicable for wrong answers. The time duration of this exam is 90 minutes. Paper 2 exam consists of one paper like General English. Paper 2 exam consists of 60 marks and each question carries one mark, 1/3rd negative marking is also applicable. The time duration of this exam is 45 minutes.
