FCI Exam Syllabus

Food Corporation of India (FCI) is one of the largest public sector undertakings ensuring the food security of the Nation. It was set up under the Food Corporation Act of 1964 to fulfil the objectives of the Nation serving food security, effective prices support, and distribution of foodgrains throughout the country. It invites online applications for the under-mentioned posts in its Depots and offices to spread all over the country from eligible candidates who fulfil the prescribed qualifications, age, experience and others.

FCI Exam Syllabus in English

FCI announces annual recruitments for different posts under category 1, category 2, and category 3 for different vacancies available at different zones. As per the syllabus 2022, FCI will select candidates through a selection procedure that will be divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2 exams. These phases will have different papers according to different posts. Phase 1 exam is common for all the posts under FCI Recruitment.

FCI Exam SyllabusPhase 1

Phase 1 exam will have a total of 100 marks having 100 questions. Each question will have 1 mark. Negative marking will be 1/4th of the mark assigned to that question. The Online test will have Objective type Multiple choice questions. the total duration (timing) of the test will be 60 minutes means students have to submit Phase 1 examination in 1 hour. Except for English, all other subjects’ questions will be in bilingual languages i.e. in both Hindi and English.

What will be the exact FCI Exam Pattern in 2023?

in 2023 FCI changed its exam pattern. It will be now a mixed format of both Banking and SSC CGL-level exam patterns. English will be as according to banking level. Quant and GS will be according to SSC Cgl level. and Reasoning will be asked from the mixed syllabus of SSC and Banking exams.
