Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) hereinafter referred to as ‘Authority’ takes exams for different posts Food Analyst, Technical Officer, Central Food Safety Officer (CFSO), Assistant Manager (IT), Assistant, Hindi Translator, Personal Assistant, IT assistant, Junior assistant.
FSSAI exam has two stages i.e. stage 1 exam, also known as CBT 1 and Stage 2 exam also known as CBT 2 (as per 2022 notification) or Written (as per 2019) notification. The details of the CBT 1 and CBT 2 are given below:
