Exam pattern of MPSC
The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exam pattern includes three stages: Prelims Examination (objective type), Main Examination (subjective type), and Interview. The Prelims consist of General Studies and CSAT. The Mains cover a range of subjects specific to the selected post, below we are providing the details. 0.25 negative marking is applicable for each wrong answer.
The first part of this exam is the prelim exam. There are two papers in it. The first paper is of 100 marks and the second exam is of 80 marks. The candidates can take this exam in two languages English and Marathi and the time duration is 2 hours for each paper in prelim exam.
