Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for this post. (Preference will be given to the domicile of Uttarakhand)
Age Limit
As of July 1, 2022, the age range is 18-42. For reserved categories, the upper age limit is relaxed as per government rules and regulations.

The selection process of the UKPSC JA/DEO is divided into the following four stages:

Written Examination
The written examination (objective type), will take place for the advertised positions and of 2 hours with a maximum score of 100 marks. These subjects are:

Computer Practical (Qualifying)
- It is important to obtain a speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing for the UKPSC Junior Assistant posts and such posts in which minimum speed in English typing has been mentioned under compulsory/preferential qualification, according to the rules minimum speed in English typing Getting is mandatory. Aside from that, for all posts where the minimum speed in English typing cannot be specified under mandatory/ preferential qualifications, it will be mandatory that you have a speed of English typing of at least 8000 key depressions an hour.
