Exam pattern of UPPCS

UPPCS exam consists of 3 stages prelims, mains, and interview. The Prelims exam has two papers of 200 marks each, while the Mains exam has 8 papers of 200 marks each. The Interview is for 100 marks, below we are providing the details.

UPPSC Prelims Exam Pattern

UPPSC Prelims Exam consists of two papers Paper I and Paper II. Both papers contain 200 marks and 2 hours time duration for each paper. Both the paper will be conducted on the same day. Candidates need to score 33% in the UPPCS prelims paper II exam. Paper 2 is qualifying in nature. There will be a 0.33% negative marking for every incorrect answer.
