UPSC APFC Notification 2023 has been announced by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) under the Recruitment Special Advertisement No 51/2023. This UPSC APFC Advertisement invites all graduates to serve as the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner for 159 vacancies under the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, Ministry of Labour and Employment.

The selection process for Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner has two stages – 1. Recruitment Test and 2. Interview. The weightage in the ratio of 75:25 will be accorded for marks in Recruitment Test and for marks in the Interview for determining the final merit in the instant recruitment case.
UPSC APFC Recruitment Test
The recruitment test will be 120 objective-type questions with multiple choices of answers. All questions carry equal marks and the medium of the test will be both Hindi and English. There will be a penalty for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
The essential qualification to apply for UPSC APFC Recruitment 2023 is only a degree from a recognised university or equivalent. However, students who possess a diploma in company law or labour law or public administration are desirable.
