Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Maharatna Central PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has invited online applications for 150 Junior Executive posts on Short Term Basis in multiple engineering disciplines. Selected candidates may be posted at HAL divisions, R&D centres and offices across multiple locations in India.

Qualification-based Shortlisting → Document Verification → Interview → Medical Examination → Final Selection
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in a maximum ratio of 1:10 based on aggregate marks in the qualifying degree.
Interview Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50%, with relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD as per rules.
