Scope and accounts
These terms apply to nishanteacademy.in, including mock tests and digital educational products offered on this site. Use accurate account details and keep your password private. Purchases by people under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian. Product-specific features, access duration, language, format and device requirements are those disclosed before purchase.
Learning and mock tests
Our material supports exam preparation. We are an independent education provider, not an examination authority. Practice scores and platform rankings do not guarantee selection or official exam performance. Read each test’s timing, marking, pause and result-release instructions before starting. Report suspected question or solution errors for review.
Digital purchases and delivery
Review the description, sample PDF where available, price and access conditions before buying. The payable total, applicable taxes and any coupon discount must be shown before you confirm payment. A coupon is valid only within its displayed eligibility and validity conditions. Paid material is supplied electronically using the delivery method and timeline stated on the product page or order confirmation. No physical delivery is included unless expressly offered.
Do not repeat a payment simply because access is delayed; contact us with its reference. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A digital-product label does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Permitted use
Unless a product expressly grants broader rights, purchased material is licensed for your personal study. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share paid-account access or remove ownership notices. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law. Rights in third-party content remain with its owners.
Fair use and access issues

Restrictions do not automatically forfeit any refund or remedy required by law.
Availability and changes

Indian law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by Indian law, including applicable consumer protection requirements. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, or prevents you from seeking relief before a competent consumer commission or court.
